Alright, crypto cowboys and cowgirls, listen up! So, Bybit's crying about losing a cool $1.5 billion to North Korea's digital desperados. They're even dangling a $140 million bounty like some kind of Wild West wanted poster. Pfft, please. Five percent? That's chump change for a haul that size.

I'm calling it now: this whole HackBounty thing is a PR stunt. They're trying to look tough after getting their pants pulled down. What do *you* think? Is this a genuine effort to recover funds or just damage control? And more importantly, if *you* snagged that Ethereum, would you be dumb enough to return it for a measly five percent?
